Next page, you will see your blog TOS code. Scroll until you see the words Highlight. Copy the code into your blog by clicking Highlight and then press Ctrl + C.

To put it in your blog, you can create new pages. Do like this :

Go to your Blogger Dashboard.
After that, click Pages menu.
On next page, click Next Page.
